Remember, we will not meet Thursday, November 22nd because of the Thanksgiving holiday. But, I do expect you to continue work on the Study Guide and the Adam & Eve, and Original Sin handout.
I also passed a Handout on the Meaning of the Mass for you to read and asked you to consider this question:
How is the Mass like the Thanksgiving Celebration?

I think Mass is like the Thanksgiving Celebration because we all eat. During Mass, those who have done their First Communion eat the body of Christ and during Thanksgiving we eat different variety of foods.

Indeed, the meal is a great focus both of the Thanksgiving dinner table and in the celebration of the Mass. Jeff also mentioned people gathering together.
Does everyone remember what the other general similarities are? (Remember there were four).
